It used to be when your car broke down on the road, you would first sit and cry, then put your hazards on,  and then call for help. Maybe even put a white t-shirt or towel out the window in the hopes of someone passing by or atleast the tow truck or police would easily locate you. The Help Alerter is a much simplier and safer solution to alert those around you, that you are in need of assistance. Created by a husband whose wife’s car had broken down and alas there was no cellphone reception to call for help. She put her hazard lights on and sat for atleast 2 hours before someone came along to help her. The Help Alerter is installed right behind your license plate and in case of an emergency can be activated by a press of a button on a remote control. The word ‘HELP’ is illuminated for everyone to see and flashes repeatedly. No word yet on pricing but this is a great idea for women as well as men.
