So if you are a spy or a cheating spouse, how can you get rid of any incriminating files for good? Windows users can download and install SDelete, a free app that can overwrite the contents of free space on your disk in order to prevent deleted or encrypted files from being able to be recovered.
Once you’ve downloaded SDelete you’ll have to get down and dirty and run the following command:

sdelete -z C:
