Congratulations to all of our winners in our Skype Unlimited World Plan contest. I am entering the Skype worldwide contest for a few reasons. Reason number one being that this summer I will be traveling away from home and would love long distance for free. I use Skypeout now but only with a United States and Canada plan. A worldwide plan would be amazing. Also the hardware I use now are built in speakers and the built in mic. Whenever I’m typing while on Skype it sounds like I’m beating my laptop with a bat. Also, I have gotten dozens of people into Skype but my favorite thing is seeing my grandparents in Florida when I can’t visit them.

I would use the Skype service to keep in contact with my girlfriend while she is away abroad on army exercises. That way we can keep in touch via her Skype mobile without the worry of expensive phone bills when she comes home.

I currently only have local calling. Long distance charges just to have the service just keeps going up so I dropped everything. Skype would allow me to keep in telephone contact with my family scattered all over the US as well as a few that are in other counties.
