The Twilight watch isn’t what you think, it’s not related to the Twilight movies or books at all. Instead the watch stands all on it’s own – the watch fades in to darkness and then back in to light as a reflection of the daily cycle of time from day to night. This cycle happens on the watch face every 20 seconds. This optical effect is created using two polarized disks that rotate with the seconds. Otherwise, the watch is pretty average, its case is made of brushed stainless steel, it has a black leather band, and it is water resistant up to 100 feet. You can pick up the Twilight Watch at ThinkGeek for $119.
