I am a demonstrator for one of the arts n craft store in my area. I have been demonstrating the Gypsy each and everytime I do the machine freezes and I can not even able to turn it off. I literally have to wait for the battery to go dead. Also the screen is extremely sensitive – I attempt to tap “shift” and the entire screen goes to a different cartridge. Another well know problem for me – during the demos is the wording will not highlght with the tap of the stylus – making moving the letters and or showing how one can arrange the wording in a circle difficult. I am very embrassed to demonstrate a machine that has so many problems. I have lost more sales on the product. People come in wanting to buy one then once I demonstrate and/or they play with it something always seems to go wrong.
It certainly would be extremely helpful if directions were included in the box. I have watched every video and still feel I am not capable of giving this protect the thumbs up to buy.
Please let me know how to stop the screen from changing and how to get shift to work. As well as what to do when the machine freezes and how to highlight.
