I haven’t played a real live arcade game in quite sometime, so it was with utter astonishment when I saw a Guitar Hero sign indicating that there was an arcade on display in Menlo Park Mall, New Jersey. I had to just race upstairs to see it in person. There it was in all its Guitar Hero glory outfitted with two guitars for two player action and a big Guitar Hero logo displayed on top of it. Honestly I was surprised both guitars where intact. I was almost tempted to pick up the plastic axe when I got sticker shock. It costs $2 for each player or $3 each for premium mode. Can you imagine? What happened to $.25 or $.50 to play an arcade? I decided against it and instead went to play Guitar Hero for free at ebgames downstairs.
