La-Z-Boy Gets into a Drunk Driving Accident

Anyone interested in a pimped out La-Z-Boy? The police department in the small Minnesota town of Proctor will be putting up a motorized lounge chair for auction next week after it was seized in a drunk driving incident. No, this wasn’t in the trunk of the drunk drivers car, but it was actually used as the vehicle. It appears that 62-year-old Dennis LeRoy Anderson left the bar on his chair after drinking eight or nine beers. It also appears that Dennis had been using this chair as a transportation vehicle. The black and blue pleather lounge chair, pictured is from an undated police handout but comes complete with stereo, footrest, cupholders, headlights, a nitro­us oxide power boost system, drag racing style steering wheel and a parachute. Dennis was arrested after smashing into a parked car. The incident happened last year and now the chair is finally being put on the auction block in Proctor, Minnesota.
