Epson’s new Stylus NX420 All-in-one printer is a printer/scanner/copier that manages to be super affordable, but still feature rich. The NX240 packs in Wireless-N, a 1.5″ LCD screen, built-in memory card slots, high quality scanning up-to 2400dpi, and one-click red-eye removal. And you shouldn’t get killed with the printer’s ink cartridge pricing either, which is usually the catch with low cost printers. That is because the cartridges cost as little as $8.99. The Epson Sytlus NX420 retails for $99.
