The HP Mini has a new look, and pink lovers are going to more than love it. The new HP Mini 210 is essentially the same great HP Mini on the inside but it is is available with two new designs – a preppy pink and a white crystal. The preppy pink is actually a plaid-like design that has been implemented on the netbook using HP Imprint 3-D technology which was first seen on the HP Mini 110 by Studio Tord Boontje. This 3-D PC surface helps create the illusion that the preppy pink design pattern is floating on the surface while casting shadows onto lower layers. Even the bottom of the netbook and its trackpad come covered in the Preppy Pink design, which is quite unusual since designs so rarely extend pass the cover. On top of that, the netbook also comes preloaded with special quirky artist wallpapers that are full of personality. The HP Mini 210 will be available on June 15th starting at $315.99.
