Quirky's iPad Lap Desk with a Twist

You know that the iPad has made it really big when they start coming out with lap desks for it. Quirky now has a presale going for the Cradle, an iPad lap desk with a minimalist design constricted from Plyboo (bamboo plywood, a sustainable alternative to wood). The desk has a special integrated circular plate that lets you easily rotate your iPad between portrait an landscape views. Meanwhile, they have attached a foam cushion with woven covering to the underside of the desk, which is there to give you extra comfort while the desk is resting on your lap. The Cradle iPad Lap Desk is available for presale for $52.50.
