HP Design Panel Focuses on Fashion & Technology
HP has been keeping us very busy lately. They just recently released their second Vivienne Tam Edition netbook, they’ve been working with Project Runway contestants to help extend their creativity with the use of TouchSmart PCs, they recently teamed up with Priscilla of Boston to offer in-store consoles to save time trying on dresses, and they just debuted some of their spring collection of PCs in Sex and the City 2. Because of all of these Fashion/Technology collaborations, last week HP brought together a special Design Panel in New York City which explored each one of these ventures. Participants included Fern Mallis, former senior vice president of IMG; world-renown designer Vivienne Tam; Project Runway finalist Emilio Sosa and Kimberly Minor, global marketing manager of Priscilla of Boston.
