Treadmill Desk is the Only Way We’ll Ever Exercise

screenshot 101 Treadmill Desk is the Only Way Well Ever Exercise

If only we exercised for as much time as we spent on Facebook each day, then boy would we have ripped bodies. But the reality is that we don’t, and we spend much of our day sitting like lumps at a computer. The Treadmill Desk is set to change all that. It is designed to stay on top of just about any treadmill so that you can work while you run. The desk is big enough to hold a computer, phone, and paper work. It also comes with a four-level tray, a manuscript stand, two cup holders, and it has beveled desktop edges for a comfy experience while typing. This desk is not to be confused with some of the desks available out there that are actually also a treadmill – this desk is designed to fold over a standard treadmill, and can be dismantled easily. The Treadmill Desk retails for $399.

I built one myself for the cost of the treadmill (used, for $199). I’ve been using it for about a month and love it — feel better, concentrate better, and although my long-dormant muscles complained a little at first, even that felt good. Averaging about 2-5 hours a day at 1.5-2mph. Not losing tons of weight yet, but not gaining, and I’m not sitting ….
