The iPad just became one step closer to being a potential TV replacement now that CBS has announced the CBS News App for the iPad. The app is able to playback full-video episodes and clips over WiFi and 3G. That includes popular CBS News shows like 60 minutes, the CBS Evening News with Katie Couric, The Early Show, 48 Hours | Mystery, Sunday Morning, Face the nation, and Up To the minute. The app will also include news stories, photos and real time news updates through out the day. The CBS New for iPad app is available now and is free to download.Google+
