The Polaroid Team was recently at the Virgin Free Fest in Columbia, Maryland, shooting artists with the Polaroid 300 Instant Camera. Amongst some of the artists that they took Polaroid pictures of were Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Yeasayer, Thievery Corporation, Chromeo, ModeSelektor, Wolfgang Gartner. Want to take some Polaroid pictures yourself? We’re giving away the the Polaroid 300 Instant Camera along with 1 pack of instant film.

    Now this would be great! My husband is a carpenter and sometimes digital pics just arent appropriate ( insurance companies need ‘hard’ copies & the printer is out of commission) or a homeowner wants to see previous work & he could carry them with him. We have been looking at one of these at Menards!

    I think my 6 year old daughter and I would have way too much fun with this camera! I can see oodles of silly expressions, trying to squish things that are far away and a great way to keep up with our adventures (without her siblings!).

    I’m going to be honest here, I REALLY want to win.
    I was just on Tumblr going through the photography blogs and I saw some polaroid pictures. It reminded me of when I was younger how my grandparents would take me to the park with my little brother with their Polaroid in their hands. They would take pictures of us and we’d eagerly wait while they waved the Polaroid film around so it would develop in the light. My grandparents are really old now and I was looking on Google so I could find a Polaroid to give to them for Christmas. This is the perfect opportunity! I’m really excited. Thank you for this, really.

    I need the Polaroid 300 Instant Camera because my life is flying by, and if I don’t get a camera soon, I’m not going to be able to remember any of the awesome things I’ve done. I’d use this camera everyday to take pictures of my nephew in his various super hero costumes, my best friends making rock n’ roll faces while they play Rock Band, the cakes I bake with my boyfriend, my boyfriend while he bakes, and anything else I think deserves instant and permanent commemoration. I think the Polaroid camera is the perfect camera for me because I want to grab a moment, not wait!

    Any camera can take a picture of an event, but a Polaroid camera captures a moment and turns it into a tangible photo in the same instant. There’s something poetic about that. And don’t get me started on the excitement and anticipation of watching your photo develop. Watching that white blur turn into a still image of a clip of your life is satisfying.

    I NEED this camera! Please?

    I need a Polaroid 300 Instant Camera because I’ve been longing for a polaroid camera for; only god knows when, it’s just I never had the chance to get one. I just LOVE how it looks like when using a polaroid because, i’m a vintage freak. I adore old stuffs. I really need a polaroid .
