HP Wi-Fi Mouse Rescues One USB Port from Being Used
As computers get more portable, their USB ports seem to dry up. For instance on the MacBook Air, you only have two to work with, hardly enough if you are always working on the go. Well HP has freed up at-least one USB port for now with its new Wi-Fi Mobile Mouse. Originally announced in February, it will be available for sale next month. It is the first mouse to connect without a USB dongle but via a PC’s built-in Wi-Fi receiver. It will sport up to nine months of battery life, five customizable buttons, a four-way tilt scroll wheel, and functionality up to 30 feet from the computer. The HP Wi-Fi Mobile Mouse will cost around $49.99 when it debuts.
