Remember when cameras used film? We’re talking old school mm film that rolled up into a little canister. Back then you couldn’t see a preview of your picture before you developed it, you were winging it blind. Well this adorable Film Roll Purse celebrates those days of yore, and it’s not a moment too soon since yesterday we just celebrated National Camera Day.
The Film Roll Purse is made from a shiny faux leather material, and surprise of surprises, it’s actually a Japanese import. It also sports a zip closure, a mini interior pocket and a 36.5″ carrying strap. Unfortunately it’s just a shame that with a 6.5″x3.5″x3.5″ body, it’s too petite to hold a DSLR camera. Instead it will be relegated to carrying compact digicams, flip-style camcorders, and smartphones. You can pick up the Film Roll Purse from FredFlare for $44.
But if purses aren’t your thing, you might also want to check out FredFlare’s new Camera Snap Card Case accessory which is designed to look like an old school camera.
