Nose been to the grindstone lately? Might not be for long if you’re a Windows Phone owner. An XBOX Live version of Minesweeper has just come out – for free (ad-supported) – for Windows 7 phones in the United States. Of course, XBOX Live means Minesweeper achievements – as if the game wasn’t addicting enough when it was pointless. Just the three original difficulty settings were enough to blow through a solid four or five hours of time wasting – this app promises as many as four difficulty settings, and two different modes – classic and speed, so you can get even more frustrated by trying to go too fast and misclicking on a box when you’re three mines away from winning your first game out of about thirty tries. Not that that’s ever happened to me, or anything. I just heard that happens to people sometimes.
