NetTALK Duo Gets Cheap International Calling Plan

callplans 572x305 NetTALK Duo Gets Cheap International Calling Plan

The NetTALK Duo has been out for a while, providing cheap calling plans to residential customers by using a home Internet connection, without requiring the computer to be running. Recently, a couple of add-on plans have popped up to make international calling a little easier on the wallet – assuming the user has friends or family living abroad, that is.

Anyone already subscribed to the basic plan at $29.95/year can choose to add one of two additional plans aimed at making international calling more affordable. The North America add-on includes calling to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Mexico, and costs $70/year on top of the basic plan. The International add-on covers 60 countries, including much of Europe and Asia, and costs $120/year. On the North American add-on, calls to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico can be made with mobile phones, but calls to Mexico must be made via landline.
