Quad-Core Acer Iconia TAB Will Pack in 1080P Display (Photos)

4Acer’s press conference at CES was all about their latest laptops, including their new Acer Aspire S5 ultrabook. But at the end they threw out a little teaser for their next generation of tablets. It turns out that their next gen of the Acer Iconia TAB will pack in a quad-core processor via NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 chip, and it also boasts a super high resolution 1080P display. That is 1920 x 1080 of high res goodness on a 10.1″ display!
Under the hood, the device seems to be running Android 4.0 and it looks like Acer has made some additions to the U.I. Unfortunately, the company was not giving out much more details about the tablet, but we did get a brief hands on with it.
