No one’s favorite day of the year (with apologies to those with birthdays on the 17th) is coming quickly. If you’re like many, you shoved off taxes up until now. Bad news is, you can’t shove off time. H&R Block At Home 1040EZ can help many to e-file from the comfort of their Android phones this year before time runs out.

Users can prepare, file, and print directly from the app. E-filing with the app works in much the same way as most browser applications made for that purpose, which is a whole lot easier than doing it by hand. Another bonus is that you can take a picture of your W-2 and upload it to the app, though there have been user complaints saying that the app crashes when this is attempted.

If tax season really decides to bite you this year and you get audited, any filing made through the app will be supported by free audit support from H&R Block tax professionals.

There are some restrictions. The app will only work for those filing a single or married joint return, those making $100,000 or less, those renting or leasing, and those with no dependents. Also, if you already have an existing online account with H&R Block, the data cannot be transferred to the app.

H&R Block At Home 1040EZ is available now on Google Play for free.

The tax filing deadline this year is April 17th, not April 15th.
