And yes, regrettably, we’ve reached the point where $200 for a pair of headphones can be considered affordable. To be fair, the Bowers & Wilkins P3 on-ear headphones offer up pretty solid comfort and sound quality for that price, and are worth a look for those in search of a new stylish pair of headphones.
The P3 headphones are built of aluminum and durable rubber, with comfortable fabric ear pads that include memory foam cushions. The fabric in the ear pads is designed to maximize air flow to minimize distortion. Sound quality also receives a boost from the use of neodymium magnets and precision damping.
The P3 headphones can be folded up for transport, and come with two cords, one of which includes an iPhone-compatible remote and microphone attachment. The P3 headphones look very sleek, and offer up a solid stylish alternative to major headphones, like Beats or Bose’s offerings.
The Bowers & Wilkins P3 headphones will be available in June for $200, and will come in black and white.
