Apparently, this isn’t a gimmick – someone has access to old F-4 fighter jet ejector seats, and is turning them into bar stools.
The ejector seat has been affixed to a swivel post, with a polished foot rest attached. According to the seller, there are only a couple handfuls left, but I don’t know what that means. I don’t know how one measures a “handful” of ejector seats. As for pricing, you need to ask, which means you better brace yourself once you get the results of that price inquiry back.
But, who knows? It might be worth it to install the ultimate “you’ve had too much, buddy” chair in your bar. I’m willing to bet there’s more than a few bartenders out there who wouldn’t mind an ejector seat on any given night for “that guy.”
