It too improves on its predecessor – teh One V, and offers a much better 4.5-inch qHD super LCD2 screen, along with Beats Audio and a 1.2 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor. But besides for these two new devices, Windows Phone 8X by HTC is coming to AT&T and will be available in November.
