There are a lot of obscure “days” out there. I’m pretty sure every day is probably a “day” at this point. Today just so happens to be Bike to School Day, which we can ring in by taking a look at bike helmets kids might willingly wear. No, really.
The Wipeout Dry Erase Helmet is a well-built, ABS plastic safety helmet for those on bikes, scooters, or rollerblades. It holds federal safety certifications for both bicycle riders and skaters, so you know the safety part is down pat. The fun part is that the helmet is also a dry erase marker board. Each helmet comes with a set of five dry erase markers that kids can use to create their own designs. The sky’s the limit on creativity, but to get kids started, each helmet comes with a set of eight stencils, too.
Currently, the Wipeout Dry Erase Helmet is available in black, pink, white, neon green, and neon orange, with more colors to come in the future. You can find the helmet now on Amazon or in Target and Walmart stores, for about $30.
