Looks like the last horse is finally crossing the finish line when it comes to the Samsung Galaxy S III Mini. Despite coming out almost one year ago, AT&T is finally getting the pint-sized version of last year’s flagship Galaxy S phone on shelves, although the price still makes it worth a look.
The Samsung Galaxy S III Mini, if you need a refresher, has a 4” Super AMOLED display, and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean on a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and 1 GB of RAM. There’s a 5 MP camera on the back, and the phone includes S Beam for NFC file transfers, S Voice for searches, Group Play for gaming, and Easy Mode, for those new to the smartphone game.
But, the big story here is price. When AT&T gets the Galaxy S III Mini on shelves on September 27, you’ll be able to grab one for just $0.99 with a two-year contract. Looks like they miniaturized the price, too.
