New Toothbrush Subscription Service May Not Be As Crazy as it Sounds

tbs-banner-homepage1-desktopApparently, dentists are sick and tired of us not listening to their advice (can you blame them?). So, someone is taking it upon themselves to save us from ourselves, and make it ludicrously easy to replace our toothbrushes. I guess that’s already ludicrously easy, which probably just adds to dentist dismay.

Toothbrush Subscriptions are based on the idea that toothbrushes stop being useful after a while, and need to replaced every one to three months. So, the service will do that for you. Just head over to the site, pick a toothbrush, and you’ll receive a new one every one to three months – your choice on how often you want a new one. You’ll have to pay per toothbrush, but if you’re not picky, there are toothbrushes here you can pick up for just $1.

You can also go electric – that way, the service will just ship you a new head on schedule, instead of a whole new toothbrush. Either way, getting a replacement tooth cleaner is something we should all be doing anyway. Toothbrush Subscriptions is just the unfortunate recognition that yes, we really do need help with this.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go throw out my old toothbrush in shame.

  1. I’ve been doing this for years. It’s called Amazon Subscribe & Save and from my quick browse, it seems cheaper. There’s also the matter of this service not carrying my electric toothbrush head.

  2. atlouiedog,

Our difference for electric heads is that we actually only send you 1 electric head, not packs of 3. This is the perfect reminder that it’s actually time to change your toothbrush.

What electric head do you use? I’d be happy to look into adding it!
