Jabra has yet another set of sport earbuds coming out, and they’re coming sans cord thanks to Bluetooth and NFC connectivity.
The new Jabra Rox Wireless Earbuds are ideal for exercising – Jabra’s EarWings lock the earbuds onto your ears so they don’t pop out, and the Rox are IP52 certified to be dust and water resistant. Stainless steel also helps to protect the earbuds from damage. Of course, these aren’t Jabra’s first crack at wireless sport earbuds, but these are bolstered by Dolby stereo sound, which should represent a big improvement in the sound department. Battery life is being put at about five and a half hours, and you can conserve battery life when you’re not using the earbuds by clipping the two sides together with magnets, which automatically activates power-saving mode.
You’ll be able to find Jabra Rox on apple.com sometime early December, and in Apple stores sometime after that.
