I’m not sure how much credence to give to E-Njoint, which purports to be the first electronic joint. On the one hand, it sure looks like a joint. On the other hand, there’s no THC involved, so you’re certainly not getting high using just what E-Njoint provides. But, there might be some room for nudges and winks here, which I’m sure isn’t lost on the Dutch company that’s selling them.
E-Njoints are currently being sold across Europe at parties and clubs, stocked with the non-psychoactive flavor cartridges. As they’re sold, they’re more like joint-shaped vaporizers, with a few flavors available. There are disposable E-Njoints loaded up with one flavor, but the winky-nudgy part comes with the E-Njoint Rechargeable. With that one, you can use any kind of content, including your own liquid cannabis, which may or may not contain THC, and may or may not be in violation of local laws. Don’t think the company is going to ask any questions.
E-Njoint BV is also in talks with a medical marijuana company to start making health products, so you can look forward to that. Currently, they’re selling disposable E-Njoints on their website in a few different flavors, and one special World Cup edition with a soccer ball design on the tip of the joint. The rechargeable version is still in the works, so the age of the electronic high isn’t upon us just yet.
