The New Funko Stranger Things Figurines Let the Adults Have Some Fun

The new Pop figurines are joined by fresh Plushies and Mystery Minis

Funko already revealed some action figures of the Stranger Things crew earlier this summer, but they’re far from done. They’re also hitting us with new sets of Mystery Minis, Plushies, and even a new group of Pop figurines! They’re really out for our cash this year.

Of course, Funko’s first run of Stranger Things Pops featured all the kids, so it’s only right that the adults get their turn — they helped a little! Funko will start selling figurines of Jonathan, Dr. Brenner, Jim, and Nancy, who looks suitably tough in denim and red jacket. Jim will get a 1-in-6 chase variant without his hat — both versions, it should be noted, have a donut.

They didn’t totally forget about the kids, though. The new group also includes a new Pop of Eleven, this time with shaved head in her hospital gown.

Eleven also figures heavily into the new set of SuperCute Plushies, which are all about the kids (well, mostly, there is the Demogorgon in there). Eleven is there both with blonde wig and with shaved head and Eggo. She’s joined by Mike, Will, Lucas, Dustin and an especially cute Barb. Always in our thoughts.

All of the above are getting wide releases between August and September, but the new Mystery Minis will require a bit of driving around. All of the kids, most of the adults, and the Demogorgon with mouth (?) open and closed will get wide releases, but there are three sets that will be store exclusives. An Eggo variant of Eleven, Joyce with axe, and Dr. Brenner will only be at Hot Topic, while deep sea diver Eleven, Upside-Down Will and Mr. Clarke will call Target home. GameStop will get Eleven in her hospital gown, plus Steve and Upside-Down Barb (sigh).

While you’re out, look for Pop figurines of hazmat Joyce and Jim — Target and Hot Topic, respectively. Those are all coming in September (August for the Pops), so you’ll be able to have a full set before the second season hits Netflix in October.
