The Blue Beatz iPod Case allows you to play a barrage of funky beats over the music that you're listening to on your ipod. Why someone would want to do that exactly, we have no idea. The black or red iDevil and the blue or white iAngel case for the 1st gen Nano dresses up your Nano in a way that reflects your tastes. The cases are made of silicon and retail for $11.00. We spotted these at Spencer's Gifts where they were just $4.99. Spencer's also had a selection of similar iPets cases which were like the iDevil and iAngel but came in different colors and personae, such as a frog version that came in green.

Speck Products has a new Sneaker Inspired Case for the 15" MacBook Pro. The Canvas Sport case is available in pink or black and is made of a sturdy canvas and rubber materials. Huzzk has a collection of truly unique laptop cases for the Macbook and 15.4" Macbook Pro. The Macbook cases are available in several colors with a funky "waves" or "spotz" design, while the Macbook Pro cases are available with a "Hana" or a "GT" design. The cases are water resistant on the outside with a soft neoprene material on the inside. These Huzzk cases don't seem to be available to purchase yet, nor is there any pricing information available yet, but we hope they come out soon because they seem to be both practical and fun.

Here are some back to school supplies that computer geeks will love. Fractal Spin has 3.5" diskette notepads covered with real disks.
