Slappa recently unveiled a new line of ladies laptop bags. From that collection we received a review sample of the sleek and sexy Loren bag. The bag's Designer style, normally found in handbags, merges shape fully with business practicality. Nothing about the appearance of this bag says it is for laptops. It simply says minimalist elegance. It is the anti-type to the blaring pink women's laptop bags we often spot on the market today. Apple is not one to give away anything for free, so I was surprised to learn they would be having their Japanese store participate in a tradition called fukubukuro, also known as Lucky Bags. Laptops heat up. And mine is no different. Every night, I perch on the same place on my couch almost every night to sit and do work (and by work I mean go on Facebook) with my notebook computer on my lap. After a few hours, I find myself sweating, and realize that my computer is close to overheating. I have to take a break from work, which often results in channel flipping and a phone call or two. By the time I get back to my work, I have completely lost my train of thought, or if I decide to cool off by putting on some shorts, I run the risk scorching my thighs from the heat of my laptop. For those not familiar with the Scosche tapSTICK, it is a case that transforms your iPod Shuffle 3rd gen into a device that you can control with buttons on a case. Are you a BlackBerry owner that is jealous of the Juicy Couture iPhone case that we posted about a few days ago? Fortunately, there is no need to be jealous. Juicy Couture is selling a three pack of BlackBerry cases. It doesn't specify which BlackBerry models these cases will fit, but from the product picture, it looks like the Curve is a safe bet.
