Photoshop filters are for wimps, the real pros know how to create neat lens blur effects just by using their camera. Or so we thought... We're beginning to suffer from pink gadget overload but we can't not mention that Sony's super duper T10 ultra compact digicam is available in light pink, white and black. The T10 has 3X optical zoom, 7.2 Megapixels, and a lovely 2.5 inch screen, all in a tiny and classy package. We loved the T7 and the T9 and the T10 is an improvement on its predecessors. Nikon's Coolpix S9 is slated to have a 6.1-megapixel CCD, a 2.5-inch screen, 3x zoom, 15 scene modes, and a  640 x 480 movie mode @ 30fps. It will also be available in a choice of three colors; silver, blue and hot pink.We're not sure who is copying who, but Nikon's upcoming Coolpix S9 certainly resembles Fuji's Finepix Z3's looks, features, and color choices. We don't just like the Fuji Finepix Z3 because it comes in pink, silver, and purple, but we also admire the fact that for such a compact camera, it has a nice set of abilities; including a 5.1 megapixel sensor, a 3X optical zoom, the ability to record 640x480 movies at 30fps, a nice 2.5-inch scratch-resistant LCD, and a picture stabilization button for blur free photos. Creative's LiveI Motion WebCam uses motion detection to follow you around as you move. The web cam is capable of automatically panning and tilting to 200° horizontally and 105° vertically, and it will even zoom in on you or sweep out for a wide shot. There are no shortage of flash based camcorders out there, especially ones that produce rubbish video. Lucky then that we can always rely on Sanyo to pump out pretty little camcorders with actual substance. The Xacti vpc-c6 is about the size of an average cell phone, comes in three colors including red, gold, and black, and it actually captures decent footage for something so diminiutively sized. Pink lovers rejoice. We have discovered yet another pink digital camera, one that should make a splash - or rather, it should survive one. The Olympus ì720sw is a 7 megapixel waterproof and shockproof camera that can survive being submerged in up to 3 meters (10 feet) of water or even being dropped from 1.5 meters (5 feet). The camera is also just 19.8mm thick (0.78") and it has a 2.5" TFT display. The ì720sw is available in three colors including rose pink, aqua blue and silver. For those of you who can't make it over to Japan to get one, Dynamism is selling the Olympus 720sw for $449.

The XB-39 Eagleye Remote-Controlled Airplane with built-in digital camera seemed like a great spying tool, until we discovered an even better spying tool - a camera that disquizes itself as a button. The Button Camera conceals a color video camera inside an ordinary garment button. The button camera can be attached to a body worn recorder or a wireless receiver. After further research, we discovered another online store that has a wireless button camera - the BTR52. They also have another similar spy camera that disquizes itself as a screw - the SCWD20. So there ya go, more reasons to be paranoid in your everyday life.

The Multi-Function Mini DV at USBMall claims to be the world's smallest DV. It records video and audio, is expandable to up to 2 gigs via a SD card slot, takes 0.3 megapixel VGA shots, has a web cam function, and 8MB of internal memory. Oooh, and it comes in a "Stylish mesh metal box in white paper sleeve." We hate to be so skeptical, but for $29.95 and with just 0.3 megapixels, we figure this isn't going to be a high quality product.

The XB-39 Eagleye is a remote-controlled airplane with a built-in digital camera that can take up to 26 aerial shots. The plane has a 55 inch wingspan, 34 inch fuselage, and can reach altitudes of up to 1,000 feet so that you should be able to get spy shots in hard to reach places. Another new technology spotted at C.E.S. last week is HP's "Design Gallery" which HP is currently building into their new digital cameras. This means you can crop, add a border, or posterize your image right in the camera. It also has what it calls a "slimming" feature, which is an awesome feature to have since the camera always adds 10 pounds. Pansonic's newest Camcorders, the SDR-S100 and SDR-S300, might not come in pink like Sony's recent DSC-M2, but the  SDR-S100 and SDR-S300 are possibly cuter because they are world's smallest and lightest 3-CCD cameras. The camcorders measure just 49.9 × 96.7 × 80.4 mm and weigh 242 grams without battery. The cameras will both come with a 2-gigabyte SD card that can hold upto 100 minutes of MPEG2 video in long play mode, or about 1,280 3.1-megapixel still images in fine mode. The DSC-M2 digital camera is the replacement for Sony's DSC-M1. What's exciting about the new DSC-M2, is that instead of just coming in boring old dark gray, it'll be available in a few colors including pink.
