So we all have chores to do, and sometimes sticking a list on the fridge isn't the most productive way of remembering to do things. So of course there is an App for that called HouseKeeper. HouseKeeper reminds you to do all those annoying, but necessary chores like cleaning out the dryer vent or inspecting your extinguisher and smoke detector - so that you’ll survive in case of an emergency. iMovee Mobidik is a wireless Mobile TV device that is able to receive Mobile TV broadcasts which it then streams to portable devices via wifi. That means that it can stream TV to an iPhone, BlackBerry, and all types of wifi enabled devices that have a web browser - including PCs, Macs, and netbooks. For those using an iPhone or iPod Touch, all you need to do is download and run the Mobile TV application that can be downloaded from the App store.

There really is an app for everything. Gaia GPS for Haitian Disaster Relief is one of the first apps that will give you real time information on the current situation in earthquake ravaged Haiti. Its initial intention is for it to help aid relief works in the area, but average consumers can download and use it just the same. The app can be used to download satellite images of the earthquake area, get up to date overlays of disaster sites and hospitals. This version of Gaia GPS is identical to its original form except for its content in regards to Haiti. The app is free and map data is being provided by Digital Globe, OpenStreetMap, GeoEye, and it's hosted by the New York Public Library. Interestingly enough

FloTV is a relatively new live TV device by Qualcomm. It is already revolutionizing TV on-the-go. You may recognize FloTV because it’s incorporated into various cell phones such as Verizon’s V CAST, or AT&Ts Mobile TV. Live television is broadcasted straight to the FloTV device or your cell phone through dedicated airwaves. This means it’s not streaming and hence no buffering is involved. It also means all devices that play FloTV need a FloTV chip inside of them to receive its signal. FloTV service and the FloTV device are really neat, and we will have a hands-on review coming soon. Meanwhile, they have made an announcement that they will be bringing Flo to the iPhone. To make this possible FloTV will be incorporating a chip inside of Mophie’s juicepack for the iPhone. So you can watch TV and charge your iPhone too—Win-Win! There is no word on price as of yet.
