Gelaskins collection is made up of exclusive art by unique artists - you’re not going to find something ordinary like a leopard print or a plain solid color or even a pop icon like Homer Simpson. Instead GelaSkins offers a selection of unique and mostly modern, artwork by artists that you might have never heard of before but regardless, you’ll be pleased by the variety and quality of the selections that Gelaskins offers. Camouflage Louis Vuitton iPhone/iPod Case is Ready for War
July 24, 2008
Well it seems Louis Vuitton was inspired for their new line of pricey bags by our men and women in Iraq. Their new line of bags has a camouflage theme or better yet a Monogramouflage canvas. I dare you to say that three times fast. However, what high end fashion house designer wouldn’t make a collection of bags and not include something for the iPod or iPhone these days? LV certainly wouldn’t and they included with their collection a Camouflage iPhone and iPod Case for $280. The design was inspired from Japanese artist Takashi Murakami who has been involved with other Louis Vuitton bags in the past. So if you have some money to burn this is nice case to treat yourself with and it will blend in with the scenery.
Knalihs Athem Diamond Encrusted Nokia 8800 Saphire Arte and iPhone
July 14, 2008
Not sure what to get the Jolie-Pitts’ in honor of their 2 brand new additions to the world? Really, I mean what could two of the most beautiful people in the world want that they don’t already have? Maybe the Knalihs Athem Diamond encrusted Nokia 8800 Saphire Arte or a diamond encrusted iPhone .There will only be 20 limited edition cellphones for each made. There have been 1000 Diamonds placed on the Nokia 8800 and 400 diamonds placed on the iPhone. The company behind this lavishness, Knalihs Athem SA, is based out of Switzerland, but does have sales offices in New York and India. And here we had just wrote about Contintental Mobile’s very pricey jeweled phones. We can’t help but wonder how their quality compares to Knalihs Anthem - not that we can afford either of them. Either way we hope you have a big credit line on your Black AMEX card because these phones will cost you as much as a small house.

But for those of you who are in to jailbreaking your iPhone (or iPod Touch) and you also happen to like saving money, stick it to the man with the SkySMS app which lets you send text messages to anywhere in the world for free. The app uses one of the many free web based text messaging portals online to send your text message out. iBeer Quenches Your iPhone’s Thirst
July 7, 2008
Still have a hangover from the weekend, and just don’t know what you’ll do without a beer in your hand? Then one - maybe you should be seeking some help, and two, maybe this little app will help you pass the time till the next happy hour. The iBeer is an app for your iPhone or iPod touch that will convert your display into a nice malty beer. Tip the iPhone into your mouth to give the illusion of drinking the beer and watch it disappear just like the real thing. Another similarly useless but guiltfully entertaining app is the tasteless but amusing iAmanda. Amanda will clean your iPhone from the inside out. She even carries a bucket of water and a rag to make sure your iPhone screen has no streaks or smudges. So if you got money to burn and time to waste then these are probably for you… iAmanda costs $4.99 and iBeer is just $2.99. [Read more]

Paul Frank iPhone Folio Cases
June 23, 2008
Back in March we wrote about (and bought) the Paul Frank Rubber Cases for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Well it looks like Julius is getting even more trendy with the Paul Frank Folio Case for iPhone - Racing Julius and a very Gucci-like Folio Case - Italian Julius. Both cost $34.95 and if you are getting the 3G version of the iPhone, I think these are fitting cases for a sexy all in wonder phone.
Kensington’s LiquidAUX Deluxe for iPhone and iPod Review
June 11, 2008
If you’re fortunate to have an Auxiliary port in your car, and chances are if you have a new car you do have one, then get ready to dump your FM transmitter and replace it with the one of Kensington’s mobile auxiliary car kits. The LiquidAUX Deluxe for iPhone and iPod connects directly to your cars auxiliary port to provide a static and headache free audio experience. Unlike with an FM transmitter which almost always involves some radio interference (even the best of them do) the LiquidAUX lets you connect your iPod or iPhone directly to your car’s stereo system. TuneBase FM Transmitter for iPhone & iPod Review
June 3, 2008
Despite the fact that the iPhone has been out for almost a year now, FM transmitters designed for the iPhone have been slow to arrive on the market, though there have been a few non-approved ones that unofficially work with the iPhone. Belkin’s new TuneBase FM is one of the first FM transmitters to be officially iPhone compatible, as well as compatible with other current gen iPods. The package comes with a big selection of adapters to fit different ipod models including the 4G and 5G iPod, the iPod classic, all three generation Nanos, and the iPod touch. [Read more]
SpoofApp Offers Caller ID Spoofing for the iPhone
June 1, 2008
If you’re brave enough to own a Jailbroken iPhone, then SpoofApp is one app you’ll want to try out. The software lets you call other phones using whatever caller ID you choose. The software also lets you disguise your voice in a fake male or female voice, and it also lets you record your phone call. We tried it out ourselves and had a good laugh at the victim’s expense. You get 5 minutes of spoofing free with the app, but additional minutes will cost you with prices starting at $10 for 60 minutes. But the price of a good joke at someone else’s expense? Priceless.
