Averatec N3400 13″ Aluminum Notebook is Sleek and Cheap

Averatec is better known for their All in one computers, at least recent anyway, but now they have introduced a very sleek looking and affordable new notebook.  The Averatec N3400 is an Aluminum 13-Inch Notebook and the Lightest of all of Averatec's notebooks. Weighing less than 4 pounds, the ultra-slim, stylish notebook can be easily carried in a briefcase or backpack. Averatec’s New 22″ D1005 All-In-One is Just $799

Averatec doesn't stop pumping out affordable all-in-one computers, and we certainly aren't going to complain. The latest is the 22 inch D1005 which lacks in a 2.5GHz Intel E5200 processor, 320GB hard drive, 3GB of memory, Microsoft Vista Home Premium and a full-size USB keyboard and mouse. Like their other all-in-ones, the black design is both slick and very slim. The MSRP for D1005 is just $799. That make sit perhaps the cheapest 22" all-in-one on the market, and perfect for small businesses and poor students that want to save space eon their desk but don't want to sacrifice having a big screen. Averatec’s Powerful 12″ Core 2 Duo Laptop is Just $699

Averatec has just announced a new powerful ultraportable laptop to add to its current line up. The N2700 features a 12" screen, and is powered by a Core 2 Duo T6400 2.0GHz dual-core processor, 4GB of ram, a 250GB hard drive, and a DVD/CD burner. It also has got a 1.3 megapixel camera, a 4 in 1 memory card and three USB ports as well as a IEEE 1394 port. But the best part about the new N2700 is its $699 price tag, which makes it not that much more than a netbook but so much more powerful. We're excited to see more powerful ultraportables dropping in price. Granted the N2700 is a bit on the heavy side at 4lbs, but you cant beat the price. 2008 Bejing Olympics Webcam Looks More like a Toy

The 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing is set to begin next week and what better way to commemorate that experience than with a webcam that resembles the Olympic rings. Yes, it looks like a plastic toy but it does have "exciting" LED lights in each of the rings and of course the camera. The camera features 1.3 MegaPixels and it connects to your computer via USB, but will not work on a Mac computer. The 2008 Bejing Olympic Webcam retails for $26.99. Averatec, a company notorious for cheap prices, has announced a new ultraportable laptop. The series 1000 will weigh 3.6 lbs, include a 10.6 widescreen glossy display, an Intel Centrino processor, a DVDRW drive, a 4 in one memory card reader, Three High Speed USB 2.0, 802.11b/g wireless, an ethernet card, 56K data/fax modem, Type II PCMCIA/CardBus Slot, Microphone Input Jack, Headphone Output Jack, and  a 15-pin Standard VGA Output Port.
