Nerd Block’s April 2014 Subscription Box Includes Random Geek Goodies

Subscription boxes are generally very addictive, but Nerd Block is one of our favorites. That is because each month, Nerd Block serves up a dosage of geeky goods such as action figures, t-shirts and other surprises. The cost for Nerd Block is $19.99 a month plus $9.50 shipping in the U.S. They also ship worldwide.

This month we received –

  • Spider Bites T-Shirt. Because villains should be a part of every nutritional breakfast.
  • Kre-o Transformers Mini figures. This box includes Optimus Prime, Megatron, Sentinel Prime, Soundwave and a mystery figure. If you’re not familiar with Kre-O, they are basically Hasbro’s version of LEGO.
  • Scalers. We got Smeogol from Lord of the Rings. And who could do a better job of making sure people stay away from your cables!?
  • A Rabbids action figure. We got a pirate Rabbid.
  • Marvel’s Avengers Grab Bag. We got the skateboard which is a bit chintzy in quality, but appropriate for a keychain.
  • Bravest Warriors action figure – Wallow. This toy is pretty large and impressive for an action figure! Unfortunately, we’re not very familiar with the series.

All in all, this month’s Nerd Block isn’t bad, but we were a bit more excited with last month’s Nerd Block.
