If you’re in NYC, you might know all about the collaboration between Fendi and Beats thanks to some billboard action in Times Square late last year. Those Beats x Fendi headphones debuted on the runway back in 2014, getting a somewhat quiet release until the billboards featuring model Pyper America Smith went up.
The Beats Pro Headphones, their over-ear noise-cancelling (not active, so no battery power) headphones, got the full Fendi treatment. The earcups are made of Cuoio Romano leather and matte metal, with hand-stitched details around the edge of the earcups. The Fendi logo is etched into the bottom parts of the headband, with the same Cuoio Romano leather covering the rest of the headband. As expected, they look gorgeous.
There are loads of color options, too — black, white, red fire, blue cyan, yellow sunflower, grey asphalt, and true blue, with the latter being sold exclusively on Fendi.com. Whatever color you get, you’ll also receive a matching Fendi Selleria leather case. Beats Pro headphones were already pretty expensive at $400, so the Fendi premium spikes the price into the thousands. The Beats x Fendi Pro Headphones are available on Beats for $1,200.
