Here is the Extremely Thin List of Christmas Classics You Can Still Watch on Netflix

The Nightmare Before Christmas

Jack Skellington and Sally are Disney, and that means they’ll be exclusive to Disney’s future streaming platform, which could just end up being Hulu with the ownership stake they got from Fox. But, for at least one more year, The Nightmare Before Christmas will still have a home on Netflix before being ushered back to Halloween Town.

How the Grinch Stole Christmas

Jim Carrey’s turn as the Grinch in the 2000 movie based on Dr Seuss’ book is still on Netflix for the time being. We’re not sure it’s got quite the seasonal bona fides that the ’60s animated version does. Boris Karloff probably can’t be topped as the Grinch, although apparently Benedict Cumberbatch is going to try in a new animated version due out next year? We’re willing to give Cumberbatch the benefit of the doubt on this.
