Some Bridezilla Demanded Her Guests Fork Over $1,500 Each To Pay For Her Destination Wedding & Chrissy Teigen Weighs In Along With The Rest Of The Internet

Buckle your seat belts, because you can’t make this stuff up

Weddings are stressful, I get it. I should know because I spent the last few months planning mine and it’s kind of basically a part time to full time job depending.

That being said, no amount of stress in the world gives you a free pass to go all Bridezilla.

Especially if you’re going to demand all your guests fork over $1,500 each to pay for your destination wedding.

There just is no excuse for that, but there is something Chrissy Teigen has to say about this and we’re going to get to it after we fill you in on what’s going on here.

Buckle your seat belts, because you can’t make this stuff up.

P.P.S. This is totally worth the read, because it’s going to just blown your mind, ruin your faith in humanity, and seriously make you wonder when GoFundMe should start barring certain people from entry.

It starts out with a Facebook group for “wedding shaming”

I’m not even joking. @0lspicykeychain on Twitter, also a member of a Facebook “wedding shaming” group, brings you this story, courtesy of some other person also in this group.

I seriously want to know how to get into this because I definitely need something good to read in between my summer pool reads.

I have a few questions here.

Where is your kid while you’re backpacking alone through South Africa?

Why would you trust a psychic who is telling you to live beyond your means?

What makes you think weddings are like startups and deserve funding?

Here’s what our girl Chrissy has to say

And here are some of our favorite internet reactions to this whole saga

Pro tip: stick to your wedding budget, don’t be a disgusting human being and demand money as a wedding gift, and don’t consult a psychic for any and all things that are wedding related.
