You know how they say, never take advice from someone with bad eyebrows? Well the same is true when it comes to skin. Never take advice from someone who clearly, doesn’t care about their skin. Taking care of it is so, so, important. Obviously, the most trust source for skincare advice is your dermatologist or aesthetician.
I constantly save random pieces of advice I’ve read in magazines, or on instagram from skin-care experts. Thanks to social media, you can follow the top skin-care experts, who are reasonable for a lot of the flawless skin we see on red carpets!
Renee Rouleau, is aesthetician who Demi Lovato, Miranda Cosgrove, and Bella Thorne turn too when their skin is in need of a pick me up.
Getting an appointment to see her though, is not an easy task by any means.
Lucky for us she’s creating a customized skin care line for people who “can’t get into her chair.” (Instagram: @reneerouleau)
Another celeb skincare expert to turn to for advice is Shani Darden.
Stars like Jessica Alba, Chrissy Teigen, and Lea Michele are just a few of her famous clients.
Shani drops advice on her instagram constantly, and has her own product line for purchase! (Instagram: @shanidarden)
Mindy Kaling, Suki Waterhouse, and Naomi Watts, are all fans of Joanna Vargas’s Exfoliating Mask.
Joanna’s beauty regimen is recommended by tons of beauty magazines as the best resource for transitioning to a cleaner regimen.
In 2006, Rachel Roff launched a medical spa and a skincare line after realizing realizing African American women had so few products to choose from.
Her company, Urban Skin has products that both Eva Marcille and Ayesha Curry swear by as part of their skincare routine.
Our last recommendation to check out is Celeste Rodrigues. She is a medical aesthetician who has clients on both the West and East Coast.
One of them being Khloe Kardashian. Her posts detail in-office treatments so it’s basically like you’re in the office!
