Food Critic Unknowingly Exposes A Cheating Husband With His Review

Tom Sietsema is a journalist who writes for the Washington Post.

When he published his most recent review of a restaurant, he never could have imagined this reply he got from a reader.

After he writes a review, Tom hops online to do a Q&A session every week.

This is what one of his readers shockingly had to say to Tom on Twitter:

“Well Tom your latest review is accompanied by a picture of my husband dining with a woman who isn’t me!” this woman said.

“Once confronted with photographic evidence, he confessed to having an ongoing affair.”

“Just thought you’d be amused to hear of your part in the drama.”

“This Thanksgiving I’m grateful to you for exposing a cheat!”

Twitter; pictured above is the tweet from one of Tom’s readers, telling him he exposed her cheating husband

Tom said back to her: “Please, please, please tell me this is a crank post. I’d hate to learn otherwise.”

Pictured above is one of the most recent photos from Tom Sietsema’s reviews in the Washington Post, and people online are thinking this is the photo that exposed the cheating husband

“I file two reviews a week, for Food and the Magazine, so I’m not sure which restaurant this is.”

Tom posted the exchange on Twitter saying, “So, this popped up on my live online food chat today.”

I feel sad this woman had to find out about her husband cheating on her in this way, but at least she knows he is up to no good.
