34-year-old Gal Gadot is a model, actress, and mom!
This powerhouse actress who recently starred as Wonder Woman is married to 45-year-old Yaron Varsano and together they have two young daughters, 8-year-old Alma and 2-year-old Maya.
Gal and her husband Yaron do their best to not only talk to their daughters about living a healthy and active lifestyle; they show them how to live it, too.
Even though Gal is really on the go with all her upcoming roles, she tries her very best to balance being a mom with that.

She recently shared with PEOPLE that she uses one piece of tech to help get her young daughters to sleep at night, and it’s pretty brilliant!
“I always try to find balance in my life and I think that being a mother and a working woman and traveling the world — it’s a struggle,” Gal told PEOPLE in a recent interview.
“But we do it in the simple things, in the small things. Like when I put my daughters to bed, I play them guided meditation apps and they’ll go to sleep.”
“They’ll fade out like that, which is great.”
Aside from helping to improve sleep, meditation comes with numerous health benefits like reducing anxiety, stress, and insomnia, while increasing self-awareness.
I think I’m going to try out using meditation apps to help me go to sleep!
Let me know in the comments below if you try this out with yourself or your children tonight!
