I’ve kind of cycled through being a night owl or a morning person my whole life.
One thing that has always helped me stick to being an early bird though is keeping to a routine. My productivity is always through the roof and my anxiety at an all-time low when I’m not waking up late and staying up late.
Now that I’ve spent quite a few years getting this together, I firmly believe you can do a few simple things to give you that morning motivation so you can make the most out of your day ahead.
There’s nothing better than feeling like you have it all under control by 9 a.m.!
