Can You Say Lucky? This Guy Won Over $1 Million Dollars Playing The Lottery, Lost His Ticket, Then Found It

Nick then left Michelle’s work, and he made several stops in town to do a few things. At some point later that afternoon, Nick suddenly noticed that he no longer had his winning ticket, and it was nowhere to be found.

“…It should be noted that lottery tickets are bearer instruments, just like cash,” the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation pointed out.

“If a player loses his ticket, anyone can claim it. The Lottery always encourages players to sign their ticket immediately after purchase to identify it as theirs and to help prevent someone else from cashing it, in the event that it is lost or stolen.”

Nick wasted no time re-visiting all the places he had been since leaving Michelle’s work, and he got lucky for a second time when he spotted his winning ticket in the parking lot of a business he had been at to purchase a car part that day.

Somehow, nobody had picked up his winning ticket, although it had been sitting there in plain sight for at least an hour after Nick had left.

“It’s a million-dollar ticket, and someone stepped right over it,” Nick told the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation. Luck was certainly smiling on him that day!
