And, there Jennifer was, having a great time by herself back there. She told the officers her name.
“Weber was making nonsensical comments and appeared to be talking to people that were not present,” the probable cause statement continues.
“Weber stated she believed she was in a car in St. Petersburg. Officers asked Weber what brought her to the area and she stated to please the boys. Weber continued…as she spoke with the officers.”
Witnesses reported that Jennifer appeared to be under the influence of something that day, and a substance found in her own car that she drove over to the dealership turned out to be meth.
It took authorities over an hour to get Jennifer into an ambulance and to a local hospital, but she eventually agreed to go after she continued what she was doing while making “nonsensical statements.”
