At 3:36 in the afternoon on the day Jupiter was attacked, the Fargo Police Department announced that they had arrested 23-year-old Arthur Prince Kollie and charged him with attempted murder.
Officers were still out looking to see if they could recover the personal items that Jupiter had on her; a burgundy-colored backpack, a black iPhone in a black case, and a black leather wallet with a weave pattern.

They were able to locate a black backpack that Jupiter had with her, and they are asking locals to please keep an eye out for Jupiter’s belongings.
If you see them, authorities have asked that you call 701.451.7660 and not touch anything.

Sadly, in a recent update, Robert said that the doctors told him Jupiter was “too far gone” to be saved.
He changed the name of the fundraiser from Jupiter Paulsen Long Term Care to Jupiter Paulsen Passing.
