“We are hoping and praying for no more issues with her leg, and doctors will go in tomorrow to make sure no tissue has died and that there’s no infection. If all is well, her leg wound will be closed.”
Additionally, the nerves in Kennedy’s left arm were pulled out of her spine during the car accident. Thankfully, doctors were able to save her arm, and a surgeon was able to go in and operate.
It’s expected that Kennedy will regain 50% mobility in that arm, though she is determined to regain full mobility.
