She Called Her Dad A Worthless Donor Before Refusing To Come To His Son’s Funeral And Now She’s Asking The Internet If She Should Have Been Nicer

She absolutely refused to meet her dad’s new son. “4 days ago, Carl showed up at my house screaming that I was an awful child/sister because I refused to grant his son’s “dying wish”, and now the kid has already passed,” she continued.

She did feel sympathy for him about that, but she did not want him to blame her for it.

“I told Carl he had no right to my time because he was nothing more than a worthless…donor who didn’t even show up when my mom died.”

“Then I told him that under no circumstance can he force me to attend his son’s funeral because I didn’t know him, nor did I ever want to.”

Her grandparents do agree with her position, though they think she could have handled things in a nicer way since Carl’s child did just pass away.

She pointed out that Carl was terrible to her, and it wasn’t like she said he got what he deserved for being a bad dad.

Here’s what the internet had to say to her.

“If I was 11 and dying, it would not be my dying wish to see someone my dad abandoned years earlier who I had never met. It just sounds very weird.”

“The only one who should feel guilt for his son’s incomplete life is Carl himself for leaving you guys all those years ago.”
