There really is no difference in taste, texture, or anything. I bet you could even taste test them blindfolded and not even be able to pick out a difference. Yes, they are really that delicious.

Next, their Sweet Fish. Although they are chewier than their redfish sugar-packed counterparts, their taste is amazing.
The chewier texture doesn’t bother me at all, in fact, I find it interesting because it’s so different than any candies you have probably had, it’s just worth pointing out if you’re into a candy that has less of a gooier consistency (then I recommend trying the Gummy Bears above).
These fish taste just like cherry, but with a hint of berry, and they’re not on the overly sweet side! If you like Swedish Fish, you should definitely give these healthy ones a try.
Last, the Sour Blast Buddies! They definitely are sour, but still with your taste of sweet.
They’re chewy and flavor-packed too. The Sour Blast Buddies will make you wonder why you ever ate sugar-filled junk food in the first place! I really love that Smart Sweets decided to include a sour candy in their product lineup.
