“We thought she would be here tomorrow, but she came in this evening and will leave Sunday!”
Well, after her mom texted that back to Alice, Alice was livid. Not only that, but Alice’s mom Karen is livid as well, and her mom and Karen are best friends.
Karen laced into her mom, saying Alice intended to being Cameron to the wedding as her plus one, but the weird thing about that is nobody is getting a plus one because of how small the wedding is.
Needless to say, Alice didn’t show up to the engagement party, and she’s left feeling upset over how Alice and Karen acted towards her mom.
She’s hurt they feel the need to act so immaturely.
