These Sisters Are Raising Money For Rescue Animals In Need In Honor Of Their Brother Who Recently Passed Away

The Santa Barbara Humane Society has been open for an astounding 134 years, making it the oldest operating animal welfare organization on the West Coast.

After merging with the Santa Maria Valley Humane Society in February of last year, the Santa Barbara Humane Society shortened its name and dropped “Society” from the end.

In the first year alone after merging with the Santa Maria Valley Humane Society, Santa Barbara Humane was able to adopt 1,400 animals out into loving homes.
